Question 1

What is a card break?

Accepted Answer

A break is a live event where we open sealed sports card products on stream. You buy a spot — a team, a random slot, or a division — and every card that comes out for your spot ships to you.

Question 2

What does PYT mean?

Accepted Answer

Pick Your Team. Teams are individually priced and sold first come, first served. Once your team is claimed, every card from that team in the break is yours.

Question 3

How do random breaks work?

Accepted Answer

All 30 MLB teams are randomized live using a triple randomization on random.org. You buy a spot, we randomize on camera, and you keep whatever team lands on your name.

Question 4

Where do the breaks happen?

Accepted Answer

Most shows run on Whatnot, with select premium releases on Fanatics Live. Every break page on this site links directly to the correct listing.

Question 5

When do my cards ship?

Accepted Answer

Within three business days of the break. Everything is sleeved, top-loaded, and tracked. Free shipping on orders over $150.

Question 6

What happens with redemptions?

Accepted Answer

Redemption cards ship to whoever owns the team or spot that pulled them. We do not hold or redeem them on your behalf unless you ask us to.

Question 7

Can I get my hit on the Hit Wall?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every major pull goes up automatically. If you want your collector handle credited, just tag us or say the word in chat.

Question 8

Is the Dog House free to join?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating a Dog House account is free and always will be. You get break bookmarks, badges, leaderboard placement, and early access to release notifications.
